This is focused support designed to help you step back from the noise and get clear on what actually matters right now.
It’s a structured, working session where we look at your business as it is today, untangle competing priorities, and bring some order to the decisions and projects that are pulling at your attention. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction, fewer open loops in your head, and a practical view of where your time and energy are best spent next.
One 90-minute working session focused on your business goals, current challenges, and priorities.
A clear review of what’s working, what’s not, and what’s no longer aligned.
A written clarity summary and recommendations sent after the call.
How the Business Boosters work.
Each Business Booster follows the same simple, focused structure. They’re designed to give you clarity, direction, and momentum without dragging things out or adding unnecessary complexity.
Think of them as a short, intentional reset — concentrated support, focused on one area, with clear next steps you can actually use.
Each runs over around four-six weeks depending on the Booster, giving you time to gain clarity, make thoughtful decisions, implement, and leave with a plan you can act on immediately without it turning into a drawn-out project.

Step 1
Pre-work (the Clarity Snapshot)
You’ll complete a short, guided Clarity Snapshot (a structured set of prompts) so I can understand what’s happening in the business, what’s feeling heavy, and where decisions are stuck.
Step 2
The 90-minute Clarity Session
We’ll work through what’s feeling tangled, identify what’s actually driving the pressure, and decide what matters now (and what doesn’t). This is where we cut through noise, make clean decisions, and create direction you can trust (and that you’re excited to make happen).
Step 3
Your plan + next steps
Within 72 hours, you’ll receive your written Priority Plan and next-step roadmap, so you’re not left trying to remember what we said or translate it into action.
Step 4
One week of supportÂ
You’ll have 7 days to ask questions, sense-check decisions, and refine the plan as you start implementing. I’ll be ready to support you on email.
