We begin with unpacking how your business currently operates. This includes your structure, offers, delivery, systems, communication, schedule, and decision-making, as well as your team if you have one.
Alongside this, we focus on a small number of immediate changes that ease pressure quickly — simplifying steps, removing bottlenecks, clarifying ownership, and adjusting your time so the day-to-day feels lighter. Nothing drastic, just thoughtful shifts you can feel straight away.
Month 2 — Strengthening the foundations
