I created Virtually Does It in 2010 to help business owners be more organised, more productive, grow their businesses and enjoy working in them too.
What soon became clear was the conventional ways of running a business were making things clunky, stressful and time-consuming. Spreadsheets, folders, Word documents, the traditional ‘Things to Do Today’ pad were sometimes a recipe for overwhelm.
Throw into the mix the new world of online work with ever evolving platforms to try and keep up with.
My career pre-business was varied and inspirational. From being involved in and managing projects that help aspiring teams of PAs and administrators expand their skills to create a rewarding career, supporting a dynamic international entrepreneur managing a multi-million dollar portfolio, implementing new systems, processes and cultures to make everything work better or providing high class Executive support to directors who need the confidence and foundation to be at their best.
Amy worked as a corporate PA for 14 years, working at an Executive PA and Office Manager level.
She supports CEO’s, Executives and Freelancers to help give them time back in their working day to concentrate on the business, maintain a healthy work/life balance and grow their brands.
Amy knows what drives businesses to be more productive and also the importance of building effective relationships with the clients she works with.
Hayley has a background in finance and governance and worked in the public sector for 15 years, before setting up her own business.
She loves supporting businesses and the people behind them, either corporate or freelance, to achieve their goals, spreadsheets, reviewing processes, and all things organising! She even loves taking minutes!
Hayley is also a professional declutterer and organiser so your file directory will never look so good!
