Work With Me

The virtual assistance that I offer encompasses all aspects of the administration and business support functions that self-employed professionals and small businesses require.

Professional Services

Take a look at the Professional Services page to choose exactly what you need for your business. The list is by no means exhaustive and is there to give a reflection of what I can provide.  If you have a specific requirement, please email to arrange a time to chat and I’d be happy to talk to you about how a VA can help.

Support Packages

If you know you need a VA, but not sure in what areas, then the Support Packages page may help! I’ve developed these packages to capture the most common areas where support is required. Each package attracts a different level of virtual assistance, ranging from basic administration to full VA support.

If all this sounds perfect, but you’re still not sure quite how it can work for you or your business, then please get in touch and we can arrange a time to talk.

‘Virtual’ Projects

You might not need or want administration support, but what you might need is someone to take on a piece of work for you. It may be that you don’t have the time or the skills to do it yourself, and need the work completed, to your brief, efficiently.  Here you’ll find information on the types of projects VAs can help out with.

Working with a VA also requires you to give a little time to help me understand your business (don’t worry, I’m a quick learner), so you can be sure that I’m working in your business the way you do. A small ask though, for something that could bring you so much benefit.

What people are saying about Virtually Does It…..

“I’ve reached the point, very quickly, where I am saying “I don’t know what I’d do without Katie”. Think Personal Assistant, and then think again. No need to hire anyone full time. No need to sit in the same office. And Katie’s a perfect example of this new, and invaluable, member of your team. Bright, professional, efficient, and totally trustworthy.” Ian Weightman, Ian Weightman Media Services Ltd.
